CedolinoApp is a simple human resource management platform aimed at Work Consultants and HR Offices of micro and small businesses.
The Labor Consultant, or a payroll specialist inside the company, can deliver the payroll and all fiscal-related document and any company-related document in a reserved area protected by SSL and pws encrypted at 2048 bit.
CedolinoApp allows you to select a single cumulative file for all Payroll or fiscal-related document that will be automatically splitted and assigned to the single emplyees.
The operator can create, modify, remove all user profiles independently, allow the creation of individual users or multiple creation, filling different fields (name, surname, tax code).
Employee and Companies bulk creation is as simple as excel sheet. In fact, the Excel file template can be downloaded directly from the platform, filled in and upload.
For security reasons, the password must then be replaced at the first user access.
Once user received the credentials, provided by Labor Consultant or the payroll attendant, the employees are able to access the portal independently and they have access to:
- employee profile
- employee documents
